Change his life after a glass of wine you can, it happened to me after years of studies, research and unlimited samples, when a bright, honest wine went through my soul like an arrow to the heart.

I was born a house in Godiasco, on 2 April 1962, deep in the night: when a powerful thunder lightened the room I finally saw the Light.

Since childhood the images of nature have been living in me, giving my face a dreamy expression, while the colors, scents and the beautiful forms of nature shaped me day after day as a boy full of questions without answers.

I grew up in a family where the wine gave flavor to life because it was the reason for everything: talking, working, laughing and working, and I was spellbound when I watched people who drank and transformed theirselves… the wine for me was magical.

After years of studies, researches and unlimited tastings a bright and sincere wine went through my soul like an arrow to the heart and changed my life: in the harmony of taste I recognized the order of nature as a loving and good Light that was so clear, vivid and determined as to make me long for that order in my way of being, acting and thinking.

With the death of my father I fell in poverty and solitude, but the memory of that taste saved me and made me evolve towards the true meaning of my existence.
I developed a deep interest in alchemy and botany and I began educating myself through the deep observation of nature, because I realized that no one can create on earth more than their are able to love with their heart.

When I realized that the Love that has conceived nature is the Light that forms all matter, I discovered the magic of wine and I wish to bring this magic in the hearts of other people through the aesthetic sense of taste.

Trying to fulfil the need of my heart I started developing the biotic philosophy, which keeps and evolves the purity of the fruit in the quality of a wine that reflects the winemaker’s awareness in harmony with the forces of earth and sky.

The biotic wine is only made of the breath of the earth, the essence of the fruit and the winemaker’s feelings, in the unique and unrepeatable time of each vintage.

It’s an artistic performance of the winemaker who expresses himself in the production and processing of fruits, without compromises and deceits.

With wine and bread universal, united substances from the beginning, we offer the goodness of nature in the synesthesia of taste.

When I had just arrived in Canneto Pavese I created a sourdough using whole flour, water from the sky and a pinch of linden flowers from the big tree in our courtyard.

For ancient populations the linden represented the tree of life. It’s a generous plant that hosts cicadas all summer long and whose intensively perfumed flowers and fruits feed bees and other flying creatures.

The linden flowers keep the heat of the sun and I put them into the sourdough because I wanted to transfer this vital energy into bread. I nourish my sourdough everyday.

The sourdough is a magical mixture of water and natural flour that is populated by microorganisms that are able to activate a deep fermentation transforming the flour and developing the carbon dioxide which produces the rising of bread.

This bread-making system is the most ancient of the world and keeps the original energy of nature that deeply transforms the matter to create a vital nourishment.

I think this sourdough represents the synthesis between past, present and future, because during the everyday bread making the leaven transfers to the dough its original identity that constantly renews itself to keep its creative energy.

In our house in Canneto Pavese we will welcome people with the universal wine and the universal bread, the results of fermentation, together with our eggs and the vegetables we grow and the wild plants we pick up in the vineyards and in the wood.

I also work as a translator and for me making bread and offering the plants of our terroir is a way of reading and interpreting the book of nature to translate it through my own personal language.

RILUCE is born in Canneto Pavese, where the harmony of nature realizes a wonderful natural biodiversity.

We are restoring ancient abandoned vineyards to grow the Light of the world, because what we do is not actually a job but a way of being.

Ours is not a company, it’s an expression of taste that transmits the original forces of nature.

The ancient well dug in the house was the most important water source of the village and we wish to renew this gift of nature welcoming people in this flow of energy.

In this house we wish to express the sense of quality through the synesthesia of taste.
